박소희 대표는 SP 컨설팅의 대표이사이자 연세대 겸임교수로서 국제개발협력 분야의 정책 컨설팅, 조직 개선, 사업 기획, 성과관리, 모니터링 및 평가(M&E)를 전문적으로 수행합니다. 개발협력 실무와 연구를 연계한 전문성을 바탕으로 다양한 개발협력 주체의 정책·사업 개선을 지원합니다.
박 대표는 논리모형, 변화이론, 성과지표, 평가매트릭스 등을 활용하여 개발협력 사업의 개입 논리와 성과관리 구조를 체계화하는 데 전문성이 있습니다. 농업, 보건, 교육, 법·제도, 경제개발 등 다양한 분야에서 사업 발굴·기획, 수행체계 설계, 중간·종료평가 및 종합성과분석을 수행합니다.

Sohee Park is the CEO of SP Consulting Co., Ltd. and an Adjunct Professor at Yonsei University. She specializes in policy consulting, organizational improvement, project design, performance management, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) in the field of international development. Drawing on both practical and academic expertise, she supports a wide range of development cooperation actors in improving their policies and programs.
Dr. Park has particular expertise in structuring project logic and results frameworks using logical frameworks, theories of change, performance indicators, and evaluation matrices. Her experience covers project identification and design, implementation structure development, mid-term and final evaluations, and comprehensive performance analysis across sectors including agriculture, health, education, law and institutional development, and economic development.
